August 26, 2008 - Jasper, Alberta

We started out our vacation by leaving Daymond behind at Grandma and Grandpa's. We headed to Hinton and stayed there the first night. Today, we golfed 18 holes in Hinton and then went to the Jasper hot springs to soak my aching muscles. ( I never golfed 18 holes before). Then we went to our campsite in Jasper and this what wandered through our campsite during suppertime. (look below)

We went to Fairview this weekend to go to Chris' cousin, Bobbie's wedding. We also started our vacation which included borrowing Dennis and Shirley's travel trailer and camping in Jaspar then Lesser Slave Lake.

Dennis had just brought home a kitten "Daisy" and Daymond couldn't get enough of her. She was small enough for him to carry but needed to practice obviously.

Now he's got it. This kitten was amazing with Daymond. He could do anything to her and she would just come back for more!!

Daymond got his first paper cut today. I put a

bandaid on it because it wouldn't stop hurting.

It lasted maybe a minute, then he pulled it off!!
